Karen Beekman began coaching cheerleaders in 1997 as well as teaching gymnastics and tumbling classes since 1993. She has coached the cheerleaders at Dublin Karrer Middle School, Dublin Sells Middle School, Hilliard Heritage Middle School and cheer classes at UGI. She is also CPR and first-aid certified.

At Show Your Spirit, our cheer lessons, classes, open gyms and more are dedicated to helping you improve your motion and jump techniques as well as increasing your tumbling skills.

We offer a variety of types of cheer classes and lessons to suit your current cheerleading abilities and schedule. We also offer private and semi-private lessons to fit your individual needs, schedule, and location.
